Individual therapy sessions are available for adults, teens, and children as young as 5 years of age. Families of trauma survivors younger than 5 years old seeking EMDR treatment may be considered for treatment or referred to a more appropriate therapist.
Although parents/guardians and family members can be engaged as part of an individual's treatment, family and couples therapy are not modalities that are available.
Workshops may be booked 3-12 months in advance and may entail single- or multiple-day sessions.
